Public69 operates as an advertising and membership platform. We do not directly process service bookings or payments between members and providers.
Memberships / Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no paid services have been accessed.
Advertising Credits / Listings
- Once activated, listings are non-refundable unless a verified technical issue prevented their display.
- For refund or cancellation requests, please contact [email protected].
- All refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
